New York Online Poker Bill Introduced, but Passage Unlikely

A bill to license and regulate online poker operations in New York was introduced by State Senator John Bonacic. New York Senate Bill S 6913 is headed to the Committee on Racing, Gaming, and Wagering, but is not expected to gain any traction this session.

Bonacic says “I don’t intend to push this this year, but we need to start a discussion.”
